Mazedaar Maggi

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables and keep it ready.

  1. Take a wok, add 2tbsp of vegetable oil, and let it heat on medium flame. Add 1tbsp of chopped ginger and garlic to the wok and sauté it a little, now add the chopped green chillies, you can add as many as per your taste, and sauté it for a minute. Now add the tomato sauce to the wok and sauté all the ingredients together for 1 minute. Add the chopped onions to the wok give it a good stir and let it fry until golden brown in color. Now add the chopped capsicum and carrots to the wok, stir all the vegetables well, and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Now add 1 full packet of Maggi Magic Masala, a pinch of salt and give it another good stir, and leave it to cook for a couple of minutes, on medium flame. Now add 2 cups of water to the wok and let it come to a boil. Next add the 2 Maggi noodles and 1 packet of Maggi Masala to the wok and cover the lid. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now remove the lid and mix all the Maggi noodles well with all the vegetables and cover the lid. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the water dries up and the Maggi is done. Remove the lid, give the Maggi noodles one final stir and turn off the flame. Serve it hot and share it with your family. Your Mazedaar Maggi is ready!
