Mango Mousse
This summer vacation is no less than a punishment for the Sinha twins. They cannot step out to play, there is not just pressure of home-work but also LIVE online classes. Earlier being on their mother’s laptop, for more than two hours at a stretch could call for a curfew on, online games for weeks, but now they are forced to be in front of the laptop, right at 10 in the morning till 12 in the afternoon for online classes. So one night while tucking them to bed, Mrs. Sinha, though of surprising them with a special dessert surprise. The boys love mangoes, and both have a sweet tooth for dessert. To cheer them up, Mrs. Sinha ordered for some fresh ripe mangoes, some cream, and whipped them together to make her sons favorite Mango Mousse.   1. Peal the mangoes and grind them in a thick consistency. Take a bowl, add the whipping cream and whisk it to a smooth consistency. Now add the condensed milk, and whip it together to a silky smooth consistency. Add the mango paste in two portions and whisk it together. Remember to whisk it in the same direction to avoid air bubbles.
Recipe Notes

Pour the content on your serving glass and refrigerate it for 2 hours, sprinkle mango cubes and whipped cream on top and serve it cold. Your Mango Mousse is ready, Enjoy!
