Instructions
  1. Make fine slits on the pieces of chicken breast and prepare it for marination. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped mint leaves, salt as per taste, black pepper, 1tsp lemon juice, 1tsp lemon zest, sprinkle a little vegetable oil and rub all the ingredients well on both the sides of the chicken breast and leave it to marinate for 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Add vegetable oil to the frying pan, add the chicken breast and cook both sides on medium heat, until it turns golden brown.
