Instructions
  1. Boil the rice with a pinch of salt and a little vegetable oil, so that the rice doesn’t stick to each other and keep it aside to let it cool. Soak the prawns in boiled water for 5 minutes. Make egg bhurji with a pinch of salt and keep it aside.
Recipe Notes

Take oil in a wok, add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a while, then add the chopped spring onions and fry it for 2 minutes. Next add the capsicum and carrots and fry for another 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and the soaked prawns and stir well. Now add the soya sauce and mix well with all the ingredients. Now add the rice and mix it with all the vegetables, sprinkle a little salt if required and add the egg bhurji to the rice. Stir it well and serve it hot, your Egg prawn Fried Rice is ready. Enjoy!
