Boil the rice with a pinch of salt and a little vegetable oil, so that the rice doesn’t stick to each other and keep it aside to let it cool.
Soak the prawns in boiled water for 5 minutes.
Make egg bhurji with a pinch of salt and keep it aside.
Take oil in a wok, add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a while, then add the chopped spring onions and fry it for 2 minutes. Next add the capsicum and carrots and fry for another 2 minutes.
