Take the chicken cubes in a bowl. Add salt as per taste, cornflower, black pepper, soya sauce, and an egg into the bowl. Now mix all the ingredients together and let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes.
For garnishing, chop a capsicum and an onion into large cubes and sauté it in very little vegetable oil, sprinkle a little salt and add few green chillies cut in gillian format. But the garnishing part is absolutely optional and as per ones choice.
Take a kadai, add enough vegetable oil to deep fry the chicken cubes. Once the oil heats up, put the gas on medium flame and carefully place the marinated chicken cubes into the oil, and fry both sides until golden brown.
When fried take out the fried chicken pieces on a tissue paper to soak all the excess oil.
Brush tomato ketchup on a serving plate, place the crispy chicken fries on them and sprinkle the sautéed vegetables on top and serve it hot. Your Crispy Chicken Fry is ready to be served.
