Take a kadai, add 4tbsp ghee in medium flame and let it melt. Add the besan and keep stirring until it absorbs all the ghee, for about 6 – 7 minutes.
Put off the flame and spread the besan on a plate, and let it cool down completely. Now add 1tbsp cardamom powder and the sugar dust. Mix all the ingredients together.
Rub some ghee on your palm, take small portions of the besan and start making round balls. Your besan ke laddoo is ready.
You can store them in air tight containers for weeks and enjoy them with family.
