  1. Soak the chhola and chana overnight, and boil it before making the aloo kabli. Boil the potatoes and chop in to your desired size and keep it ready to begin the preparation. Take a small bowl, add a little tamarind and soak it for a couple of hours.
Directions
  1. Take the chopped potatoes in a bowl, add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, chola and chana and mix it well. Now add salt as per taste, sprinkle some black salt on top, red chili powder, bhaja masala lemon juice and the tamarind water. Give all the ingredients another good stir and sprinkle some bhujiya on top before serving.
